How we collect, use and protect the information you share with us.
This policy explains what Apergu Solutions does with the information you give us through this website. It does not cover the systems we implement for our clients; those are governed by the agreement between you and that client.
What we collect
We collect only what you choose to send us. If you submit the enquiry form, that is your name, company, email address, phone number, the service you are interested in, and whatever you write in the message field. If you apply for a role, it is the contact details and the CV you attach.
The site sets one item in your browser to remember your theme preference and one cookie to remember your language. Neither identifies you, and neither is shared.
What we use it for
To reply to you, to prepare a proposal or assessment you asked for, and — for applications — to assess your candidacy. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it to send marketing you did not ask for.
Who else sees it
Only the Apergu staff who need it to answer you, and the service providers who host our email and infrastructure. Where a project involves a vendor platform such as Oracle NetSuite, Epicor, Zendesk or Mekari Qontak, any data placed in that platform is additionally covered by the vendor’s own terms.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are retained while the opportunity is live and for a reasonable period afterwards. Applications are retained for the duration of the hiring process unless you ask us to keep your CV on file.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to us through the contact page and we will respond.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, the updated version will be posted here.
